Would you really want them all sweaty and clammy? Personally...I just cannot relate to the questions anyway.
Probably because he/she washes them about 100 times a day. (I just had mine Fri... my tech's hands were cold too. She did apologize for it.)
It's a job requirement! :)
Prerequisite for the job. Guess we might present them with hand warmers when we enter the room.
To distract us from the painful squishing that's about to ensue.
I'm not sure why - guy thing and all - but I think whatever the reason is, it also applies to doctors who, ahem, ask their male patients to cough.
I've often wondered the same thing.
