I did a load of "fine washables" this morning. To prevent the straps from tangling and the underwires from bending in the dryer I hung them to dry in the laundry room (a la Marsha Mason & Richard Dreyfuss). Fern walked by, she's 11, and gasped.

Something for her to look forward to....

No one else in my family ever helps with the laundry. So my "fine washables" are rarely noticed. I do try to run them during the school day though.

My son is that way. He balks at folding the underclothes and if forced, he won't even touch my daughter's and my things. He sorts out his and that's IT!
It's fun to watch him while we shop as well because I can start towards a certain section of a store and if we happen by the lingerie section, I can motion over for him to look and he clamps a hand over his eyes! I am trying to desensitize is all!
